yes, if ur external had samosa/ sandwich/cold drink (any of three), then there'll be no issue for 101%

External Analog -
circuits of wide band pass filter, schmitt trigger, values of Vut & Vlt in schmitt trigger, difference between normal diodes & precision diodes, which diode used in clippers

External Digital -
decoder, encoder, multiplexer, demultiplexer, applications of demultiplexer, difference between decoder & demultiplexer

maths will be the tough one .. If u practice maths properly, then also there'll be no guarantee that u can attempt each & every ques. (or most ques.) of maths section
so, focus on completion of chem & phy 1st.

If u have time after chem & phy completion, then give a look on maths questions type

As u said that u have left inorganic , physical & organic's 2 chap (p, d-block)..
1st of all finish organic (most scoring)
Then remaining  chapters of chemistry bcoz it's the easiest area & u shouldn't left it..
then complete all chapters of physics
& then if any time u have, touch aiee prev yr papers ..
maths require practice & u don't have that much time

if u left chem, phy & touch maths now then it'll be rewarded as worst decision ever

I've heard that deepak gupta is sort of tailormade for C in ipu but never see that..

Don't know why ppl criticize kanetkar by saying that it is for those who've studied programming earlier .. NO, it's completely for freshers

believe my words.. Buy that begins from abcd of 'C'
read thoroughly & u'll have gud command on basics
next thing is to practice solved programs, ur file contained & can try unsolved too  .. U can try ur skills practically on compiler too

last yr programs r in greater quantity than theory ..
To clear back command ur basics, theory & practice program via ur mind (not only hands)
last but not the least 'USE YOUR BRAIN'

Y u no guyz understand that viva is a kind of thing in which examiner could ask anything from ur date of birth to residential address ,, ur father's occupation to the name of 1st experiment... :xd:
Ok what i remember at present ->
physics : what is time constant? (all questions related to experiment performed)
evs : what is condensation, molarity, molality, name of car whose symbol is horse :P
em : have a numerical to solve force equations & related to friction
itp : what are bitwise operators & implement them in a program
es : only remember that all questions are purely from theory syllabus & i argue to examiner that u are asking from out of syllabus :D
