You have to 2 more partitions in your HDD (i.e. X: WIN1 & Y: WIN2 ) then install OS on both partitions and upgrade one of them to Windows 10, you should be able to see the dual boot menu now. If you don't see dual boot menu then use EasyBCD( https://www.techspot.com/downloads/3112-easybcd.html )
