Quote/Ask Question
 prabhat sir plz tell me

(1)whether in interview extra cocurricular certificates r req

(2)whether one have to take english coaching for improving it for interview.also whether dey also see grammar in eng

(3)can we use mix language means both eng n hindi in interview

(4)can u provide me gd exprience if u have.is it tough as compared to personnel interview

1. certificates are not as such compulsory , but its good if you have some.. HR sometimes question from them too.. nd thus you get to maneuver the interview for ur benefit.

2 if you can constantly speak for 2 minutes without grammatical errors .. its fine. use of pauses nd fillers at right place is what you need to learn. Too many fillers may spoil the impression.

3 higlish is strict no. Most common is English only.

4. GD is usually based on the recent topics or any random topics.. take interest in knowing things around you.. about ur country. If you have a little knowledge just present ur idea to the other members of GD.. and not to the panel. The person who starts and the one who ends get extra points.

so if u know about the topic. .. u may well start.. Bu if u dont have a slightest idea, listen to others and just note down the points on a paper and summarize the GD... thus marking the end of GD and thus making extra points without knowing much.

I'll answer this one since I came here..prabhat was really good with studies during our time. And nope he didn't take any such coaching but yes reading interview questions is a good habbit because it is not necessary that you already know everything about everything. If you feel your communication skills aren't very good then you start working on them asap. I mentioned this before also that I have actually seen people improve like anything. You just need to make an attempt.

Yes working hours are hectic at times but then again nothing is easy in life. You haven't even started working and already worrying about the number of hours you need to put in. Cum on man at this age we shouldn't be thinking like this. Secondly how does it even matter how many students the company will take??You just need 1 place. Just remember 1 thing, THEY WILL TAKE YOU  IF YOU ARE GOOD. Simple..Hope that answers your question.

There is nothing like u start working on your communication skills.. How can you just start and know when you are complete?? Its a gradual process, which I clearly mentioned comes with experience. Organising events at college, participating in college activities, interacting with as many people as you can.

If there is some need you may join some personality development courses.... only if you think its necessary.

Preparing for the placements, I have already mentioned the books and material to go through. Starting a couple of months in advance for aptitude tests and technical interviews is enough. :)

well this is not my section but i think best way to preparing for interview is to go to many call center ,as they are ready to take interview all the time and we can overcome our weaknesses easily.

I Would like to answer that question  even though this is not my place to speak i asked some of my friends about that as well a long time ago

first they will not be refunding the complete sum
there will be deduction in that around 4200 is i think they normally give

second this will a nuisance also since u will need the NOC signatures from almost all lab + lib + some teachers

so if u have broken anything or have some issue with teacher than be prepared

third

THEY MIGHT ASK YOU TO DONATE THAT SUM TO COLLEGE
:rolling  :rolling  :rolling

one thing that i would like to ask the prabhat and akhil sir is that

DID YOU ASK FOR REFUNDING OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT

+

WHAT WAS THE SUM THAT YOU GET
(although this is a really stupid question)

general

sir ,

how did you tackle your interview
i mean when you are in front of the panel how did you reply a question
that

1.you knew the answer but not sure of it

2.you didn't knew the answer at all

3.you gave the answer but it was identified as wrong

if possible please share your interview experience  with us

@prabhat30 sir & akhilmidha sir.
sir,my questions are.............
1.) Assuming I was hired and performed well for a period of time, what additional opportunities might a job lead to?

2.) In your opinion, what is the most important contribution that a company expects from its employees?
