Inter College migration....

i.e.Migration from one colege to other college....

seems a difficult task..because it doesnt depends upon the no. of marks you have scored, rather it depends upon the links you have in the college that you are leaving...

it requires noc from the college you want to leave, the college doesnt give noc usually until you give them the whole 4 year fee to them(if you have links in the college adminstration,it will help you a lot)....

after getting noc from the college you want to leave approach the college you want to get admitted to and ask for the noc from that college too...

now you have 2 noc's,you have to submit the 1st and 2nd semester result along with the noc in the university office, and if you are lucky you will get upgraded(theoritically)...

but practically this is possible only through links,no result is required,i have seen students with 4 backs in 1st year being upgraded from one college to another and even from other universities too....

one more thing, search for the topic before making a new thread, its already present and many seniors have answered this way back....

have a look at this-
http://techbits.co.in/forum/index.php?tid=3369&title=college_migration

its only half way down in the help desk and you didnt notice it...

well inter college migration procedures starts in may, what you need to do is to approach the college authorities and ask for the migration and try to find links in the college authorities....

college migration require noc's from both the colleges...

you just have to approach the college authorities,ye kaam jack se ho jate hain...

techmaniac sir rightly explained that, btw why do you want to upgrade to ipu???

if its only that you think IPU colleges have good placements, then its only around 3.25-3.5 lacs(avg package).....if your college have same placement records then i suggest you to stick with it....

sir i want to upgrade in ipu not because of its placements but because of its studies n fees structure as i m not capable to pay a big amount.

the college in which you are studying will ask you to pay whole 4 year fee, only after that they will give you the required noc......but if you have links in your college authorities then you may not be required to pay the 4 year fee.....

but fees in IPU is not that less...

MAIT-around 90000

BVP-around 80000

and rest others have fee >70000....

and these doesnt include hostel charges...

According to this post, particularly there r no set MEANS by IPU to make an INTER COLLEGE MIGRATION possible. As a result it leads to CORRUPTION among the concerned respective colleges .
Looking at the larger scale of this issue it does not seem FAIR in regard of IPU and its RAPPORT.Atleast they must have this MIGRATION OPTION OPEN 4 the girls students since all of their colleges r located far away-- mostly in the outskirts.
Anyhow what could be done except hoping BEST in the near future.
BTW I have also heard of that students can make mutually MIGRATION  between their colleges as per their connivance. Is it true?
Pl. guide me and give some TIPS in this regard.

Mutual migration is possible.Contact the university, they will tell you about it.Both the students as well as colleges must agree for this to be possible.

It takes only 3-4 days to cancel the admission.
You will need to study by the Ist year in new college.
