Yup use fx-82. It is allowed for sure. Because sometimes they don't allow those 99ms and all.

guys casio fx100ms allow h

I am using fx-991 ES and it's better than 82 series. I don't know it is allowed or not but i'm using this calci for last 4 semesters (i'm in sem 5).
It can solve matrices, solve equations, integrate, differentiate etc . Moreover the notebook display feature is just  awesome. most of my classmates have 82ms.
