I selected MSIT as my first preference for BCA but i want to join VIPS..
What shall i do now?
What will be the procedure for withdrawal and choice filling?
At first i have to withdraw or fill my choice?

Change your preference list for 2nd round. It will be available soon. You dont need to withdraw

What do you have got now?

Withdrawl procedure is in the counselling procedure read it.
You should not withdraw you can upgrade to VIPS in 2nd round.
